By using TKMetrics you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

2. What TKMetrics is

TKMetrics is an information service that aggregates and presents publicly available TikTok creator data with derived analytics. The site is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by TikTok or ByteDance.

3. Acceptable use

You may browse the site, link to its pages, and quote short excerpts with attribution. You may not extract data from the site at a rate that degrades service, attempt to bypass access controls, or use the data to harass, defame, or doxx any individual. Bulk data access requires a written agreement — email [email protected].

4. Paid services

Some TKMetrics features require account balance funded via the top-up flow. Charges are billed in advance and consumed as you use metered features. Top-up purchases are non-refundable except where required by law. You can view your balance and transaction history from the account menu.

5. Accuracy disclaimer

Analytics shown on the site are derived from publicly visible numbers at the time of our most recent snapshot. TikTok may change these numbers without notice. Earnings ranges shown on profile pages are estimates based on industry-standard CPM and sponsorship benchmarks; they are not actual creator payouts. Do not rely on this data for investment, hiring, or contractual decisions without independent verification.

6. No warranty

The site is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uptime, accuracy, or completeness.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TKMetrics and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site, including lost profits or lost data.

8. DMCA & takedown

If you are a rights holder or the creator featured on a profile page and want content removed, email [email protected] with a description of the content and a statement that you own or represent the account.

9. Changes

We may update these terms over time. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
