How the estimate works

Creator Rewards is TikTok's pay-per-view program. It replaced the Creator Fund in 2024. TikTok doesn't publish its rates; creators commonly report $0.40 to $1.00 per 1,000 qualified views. We multiply your average views by the videos you post in a month and apply that range.

Two things push real payouts below the top of the range: only original videos longer than one minute count, and a “qualified” view is a unique For You feed view watched for more than five seconds, so paid, promoted, fake and rewatched views don't add to it. Finance, tech and business content and audiences in the US, UK and Germany sit at the high end; entertainment and audiences in lower-income markets sit at the low end.

Brand deals are priced per sponsored video, mostly from follower count, then adjusted for engagement, niche and how the brand wants to reuse the video. We use these per-1,000-follower ranges:

FollowersPer 1,000 followersExample
10K – 100K$10 – $2050K followers: $500 – $1,000
100K – 1M$8 – $15500K followers: $4,000 – $7,500
1M+$5 – $122M followers: $10,000 – $24,000

LIVE gifts, subscriptions and TikTok Shop commissions are left out; they depend on how often you go live and what you sell.

Questions

How much does TikTok pay per 1,000 views?

There is no published rate. Creator Rewards members commonly report $0.40 to $1.00 per 1,000 qualified views on videos over one minute. Shorter videos earn nothing from the program.

How much does a creator with 1 million followers make?

Followers alone don't pay; views do. An account with 1M followers averaging 100,000 views on 12 videos a month gets 1.2M views, or about $480 – $1,200 a month from Creator Rewards. One brand deal at that size is typically $5,000 – $12,000, which is why most large creators earn more from sponsors than from TikTok.

Is the Creator Fund still running?

No. TikTok replaced it with Creator Rewards in 2024. The Creator Fund paid about $0.02 – $0.04 per 1,000 views, so old calculators that use it understate earnings.

Where do the username stats come from?

From public profile data we collect for our creator directory. Each result shows when the stats were last updated. For a creator we don't have yet, look them up first.
